LEAD TIMES

Custom cake lead times are dependent on items in stock. New cake designs with items in stock will generally take 3-5 business days to complete before shipping, while out of stock items can take 5-7 days, possibly longer. Please include your event date at the time of order and contact us beforehand to confirm current lead times.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING

All diaper cakes are wrapped in mesh for safe transport. Fragile cake toppers will be packaged separately (within the larger main shipping box) to avoid any damage during transit. Plush toys and/or other decorations on top of the cake will most likely be unpinned so you’re able to organize how you see fit or per the listing photo. Décor on the side or exterior will remain attached (unless it’s a fragile cake topper).

We ship all of our cakes via USPS (unless otherwise requested) with Ground or first class shipping. Upgrades are available for Priority (2-3 day) and Express (1-2 day) shipping. We also offer local delivery to surrounding areas of Brooklyn, NY. Just message us to coordinate a time and place.
